COVID-19 Response

Dear Community Members,

We are happy to inform you that our programs and services continue to be offered during the COVID crisis. We are considered an essential service based on the Listing of Essential Services released by the Province of Ontario

Please note that our staff work remotely and can provide services on the phone, email, ZOOM or other platforms. However, we don’t meet with clients in person to protect everybody’s health and safety.

Till further notice, please follow the instructions below to access our services:

Existing clients

If you are an existing client, please call and leave a message with your worker. They will call you back as soon as possible.

New clients

For New Clients looking to access services in Toronto (416 area):

To access Housing Help, Newcomer Settlement, LEAP (Hydro/Enbridge) and Electricity Savings Assistance Programs please call and leave a message with:
